2. Shipping Timeframes

· Standard Shipping: Generally, after the order is confirmed and payment is completed, it can be delivered to major countries and regions (such as the United States, Germany, Australia, etc.) within 7 - 15 business days. Affected by factors such as customs clearance, holidays, and peak logistics seasons (such as before and after shopping festivals), the delivery time may be delayed. We will do our best to coordinate and speed up the delivery.

· Expedited Shipping: If you have urgent needs, you can choose the expedited shipping service, and it can be delivered to some major countries and regions within 3 - 7 business days. Please contact customer service to confirm the specific fees and deliverable regions. The expedited service needs to be noted in the order or contact customer service in advance.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

The shipping cost is comprehensively calculated based on the weight and volume (if the volume of the goods is too large) of the ordered items, the delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. You can enter the shipping address on the shopping cart page, and the system will automatically display the corresponding shipping cost amount. Different shipping methods correspond to different shipping costs and timeframes, and you can choose as needed.

4. Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, we will upload the tracking number and tracking link to your order page in a timely manner. You can use the tracking number on the corresponding logistics official website or through the link we provide to track the shipping status of the package in real - time, including key node information such as package pickup, transit, customs clearance progress, and final delivery.

5. Customs and Duties

· You are responsible for paying possible import duties, value - added tax (VAT), consumption tax and other taxes in your country or region. The customs policies and tax standards vary greatly in different countries and regions. It is recommended that you consult the local customs in advance to understand the relevant regulations.

· If the package is delayed in customs clearance or returned due to your failure to pay taxes in a timely manner, the additional fees (such as return shipping fees, warehousing fees, etc.) will be borne by you. 6. Handling of Abnormal Situations

After verification, if it is the logistics liability, we will arrange reshipment or refund for you.
